Ceramex is now my first choice for my tile installations. During the renovations of my own home, Caitlin was extremely knowledgeable in all their products and services. She greatly assisted in narrowing down the design, colors and textures for the bathroom remodel. When it was discovered that we were short on the tile order, Caitlin immediately reached out to the warehouse and had additional stock available for pickup the very next day.When it came to the kitchen remodel, she liaised with their subcontractor, arranged for the design meeting and managed the timings for the measurements and install. Throughout the project she was always there to provide guidance or answer questions.Ceramex products have proven to be of a high quality and manufacturing standard and is my first choice as the tile, flooring and countertop supplier for my new business.
Joanna and the team at Ceramex were just tremendous to deal with. She saved us from a colossal design error suggesting those giant grey tiles over a cockamamie wish bone idea I brought to the table. My wife was never happier! Haha. So happy with the results. Service was excellent and felt very updated and looked after during these insane lead times in building supplies. We experienced none of the horror stories currently happening.
