Diana in the show room is very knowledgeable about the products, has great customer service and knows how to select flooring combinations that will work well together. Luke, the owner is honest, friendly, and a true professional with the installation of flooring. He communicates clearly so you always know what is happening and when. We built a large addition onto our home and handed over the flooring portion to Luke. He and his team did a great job.

Choosing to get my floors done by Luke at DownRight Floors was the best decision I made for our new space. Both laminate, hardwood and carpet was installed, and let me tell you, it made the biggest difference to our house! Luke even explained how laying the floors a certain way will make the rooms seem and feel bigger. And they DO! Great service, hard workers, happy customer. I down right recommend!
We had Richard and his team come in to redo the flooring at our office this past year. They met with us and brought numerous samples for us to select from and we couldn't be happier. The installation was done overnight so we had no loss of business and the new floors look great!
