We needed new vinyl planking glue down flooring and just came into the store to check out their products. We were warmly greeted by Dianne when we entered the store. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the product. She was not overly pushy, which we really appreciated. We were able to take home a number of samples to check out how they would look with our furniture. We finally decided on one, and returned to the store to make our purchase. Again, Dianne was very helpful with purchasing as well as providing tips about installing the product. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will recommend Jordan’s in the future.
Rica was such an incredible help with our flooring needs in our reno! We had gone with a different company which turned into a bunch of runarounds. I went into see her and eight from the moment we walked I knew we were in great hands. She made sure we had all of the information, shared her wealth of knowledge about flooring with us, and went above and beyond to make sure we could complete our flooring on time. We just had our basement flooring done and let me say our whole experience was great and so quick!Rica was so helpful in the store picking the vinyl and carpet and then she had Daniel come and quote the same day.Daniel was here Monday to lay the vinyl flooring and carpet they were friendly and so efficient the whole job was in a few hours.I would definitely recommend using Jordan’s for any flooring in the future.
The person at the store was very lovely and helpful, and it really felt like she put my best interest as a priority.Installation was very quick and done very professionally. The guy who did the Installation was very nice and made sure everything was left clean and tidy.Overall price for materials and installation was also the best I found in the area.Very happy!
