If you're looking for the cheapest price on the cheapest material you can find, then don't come here. My wife and I are remolding our house. We will be selling in in a couple of years. We wanted to find good quality for a reasonable price.
We found a quality product from a quality manufacturer, at a price commensurate with the quality. It is stunning.
When we do the flooring in the other part of the house I will be at the House of Floors doorstep.

House of Floors has done work and supplied material for us on multiple houses/projects. We highly recommend them for your residential or commercial needs. The entire team - Ryan, Joslyn, Briana, Alex and Jeff go the extra mile and will take good care of you. If you need flooring and want to support a great local business - look no further. Oh and go check out their new fully customizable tiles too!

this was done in 2018.....not enough tile was ordered in the beginning, it was incorrectly measured so that delayed one of my rooms getting done. I have had House of Floors out 3 or 4 times now because the hardwood keeps separating. I have been trying for the last 7 months to get them out to fix my floors. I have left 2 messages with the girl that answers for Ryan and he has still not called. We paid almost $7,000 for this tile. This is a horrible job. I feel at this point because it has not been fixed I should just get a refund and have someone else come and fix my floors. I have asked Ryan if there is a problem with this particular type of flooring and he says there is not. I am not sure what the problem is but I want it fixed.

First to expect is if Ryan states he will call with a time (when he measures your home) to confirm a time on Friday before the week they are scheduled for the work, make sure he lets you know if it is morning or afternoon. I had to call later in the afternoon to confirm (Friday before), because they didn't call me and house of floors stated they call 2 hours before quitting time.
The floor was put in 2 days, which was fantastic! My main hold up is since the floor wasn't flat, grinding and sanding was done on the first day. 2nd day the sub contractor was shorted 5 corners from House of floors so the sub contractor had to return to finish the job. Instead of an immediate return since the corners had to be painted, house of floors stated it wouldn't be until 3 days later, due to painting. I was given a 4 hour window that the sub contactor would show up complete the job, since he was working on another jobs. He came first thing in the morning 3 days later and installed the 5 corners. However the corners at the fireplace were not as I expected during the job. They were cut at an angle and not squared, plus the nail holes were not filled. Later I contacted Ryan and he stated this was the way he expected the corners to be cut because of the tiles at the fireplace and offered to make it right according to the way I wanted it. Even though I didn't agree with his opinon on the baseboards around the fireplace, I didn't trust his subcontractor to fix it correctly. Overall I am very happy with the luxury vinyl floor and for Ryan coming over to my house to see what I was referring to in my email to him and filling the nail holes. My floor is wonderful but the sample wasn't the best. Look at the pictures of the flooring on the back of the sample, it was this picture that sold me! I would definitely do business with them again due to their professional courtesy.

Thank you House of Floors Team! Ryan, along with the team in his office, were super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions, let us take home samples, and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions before moving forward. During the 2 days that the installers were in our home, they answered any questions that came up. In addition, they were very thoughtful/respectful of us and our home while they worked. After the job was complete, Ryan made sure that everything was to our liking before we paid the balance due. He also said that if we ever have any issues with our new floors that we are to call him. I will most definitely hire them again in the future and I've already recommended them to several people I know. Thanks again for all of your help through this process and for being the calming, reassuring voice of reason. :-)
