Deanna came to my house to measure and help me select the perfect tile and grout for my master suite. She has an incredible eye for color and color palettes so was able to guide me to the best choice that would complement the area. Arturo is another master. He removed all my furniture and carefully prepped the area. The installation was flawless from the transition to other rooms, cut outs around my kiva and completed floor. Such precision. And he carefully replaced the furniture moving it to my specifications. A big thank you to these two individuals who worked their magic. Professional, knowledgeable, artistic.

Sian was a WONDERFUL salesperson for my new home floors. She helped me select high quality flooring I love, worked diligently to navigate the timing of the purchase, delivery, and install despite deadline, tariff pricing increases, and other challenges, and gave me the best pricing she could offer. She was very responsible with all details and communicated so well, while being friendly and caring. The install, despite needing more work (and costs) on the subfloor than we expected, went well and on my final inspection I was very pleased with the installation and the floor. My housemate Jim and I redid the baseboard ourselves to save on costs (never again - pay a professional!). I took off a star here as I was so focused at the final inspection on the floors that I didn't notice all the dark fingerprints from the worker (s?) on my 10 or so freshly painted doors (which had been removed to do the flooring and then reinstalled). I had to spend some time washing them but mostly repainting the doors as the prints stuck to the fresh paint. Otherwise, I was very pleased by the Floor Store and recommend them for new flooring.

We recently had the flooring in our kitchen-dining area as well as our home office replaced by The Floor Store. Everything from the moment we walked into the showroom until the project was completed was first rate. Sian was a pleasure to work with. She patiently helped us with product and color suggestions and we couldn’t be happier with our final choice. I was especially impressed with the installation. Tom and his crew were fast, meticulous, and totally professional. They finished ahead of schedule and left no trace of dust or debris.

The whole experience was great, from shopping through installation and final results. I was very happy with help I got choosing flooring, because my tastes and choices were specialized. I not only got the flooring type I wanted but also a great color and cheaper than other options I was reluctantly considering. The installation process was great too. They removed previous tile and installed the new floor very quickly and even fixed some trim that was not completely installed from when the cabinetry was remodeled. In short, I am very happy with my new floor and it was very affordable for me!
