My wife and I got our floors redone by Florcraft Carpet One in two levels of our house last year. Carpet in the basement and engineered hardwood on the main level. Everything turned out fantastic. Florcraft really worked with us to find the best price for our materials, and reasonable installation rates.Demo, installation, and final touches/cleanup with the baseboard and paint were seamless and very well done. The contractors worked with us to make the process as painless as possible for our busy schedules, and did a wonderful job.In particular, we are so thankful for Caroline at Florcraft for going above and beyond for us. Customer service like what we experienced is hard to find these days. Caroline worked incredibly hard for us and helped guide us through the entire process from start to finish. Undergoing a major renovation project is intimidating, but we were so glad we had Caroline to help us get a great deal and keep the project moving.If you're thinking about getting new floors, or probably any of the other services Florcraft has to offer, don't hesitate to use them. My wife and I had gone to a different flooring store in Anchorage and we'd even picked out a couple of carpets there, but we were unimpressed with the sales rep there. Low energy gen z vibe, not telling us anything about the options so we felt really uncomfortable. This was for our entire upstairs - like almost 1,000 square feet, so not a small decision. Then just for comparison, we went to Florcraft. We worked with Heather - super nice and friendly (without being pushy!) and very knowledgeable about the different brands and materials. We had a bunch of questions about pet stain resistance, exposed stairs, etc and she was able to answer them. That made us feel much more comfortable making the purchase. The installation was done by two guys named Hugo and Hugo - haha - and it looks fantastic! Very highly recommend!!

Our experience with Florcraft / Anchorage was just as satisfying as that with their Soldotna branch. Patrick was very helpful, visiting our home to verify the measurements, facilitate product selection, and arranging for installation when the carpet arrived. The installer and his young preschool son were pleasant and the work was done quite well. We are well pleased and would use them again.
