Absolutely wonderful experience. Max was really helpful and patient and cheerfully let us change our minds multiple times, always focusing on what would be right for us. The warehouse guys were great listeners too, as we visited multiple times to look at (and easily borrow) samples. AJ was an absolute gem as well, cheerful and helpful and constantly aware that we lived in the space where his team was working. Every individual we encountered was great and they all seem to have an excellent working relationship. Pricing was fair and we even had some good surprises when the job was done.We have an access door in our floor that we haven’t known what to do with for over 20 years and they made it look functional and classy.Max was personable, kind, and excellent at streamlining the process and ensuring everything was done right.
