It saves us a ton of time not having to wait for materials to be ordered. For any renovation company, having a reliable source like this for quality finishes is a major advantage.
The staff here is very friendly and I had great interactions with a number of them. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the managers. I had an issue with flooring purchased there as you can see in pics it is 2 different finishes. You can not see it if you are standing over it or it is cloudy but when the sun shines in it is obvious. I went to store it took couple days but finally talk to manager Daniel who told me email him pics which I did. Then don’t hear from him for over 2 weeks. After stopping in store couple more times they say he is on vacation and the other managers know nothing about it. 3rd time going in finally find another manager to help who sent a message to resolution department which did reach out to me and send a form which asks for pics of the boxes which after a month no I don’t hold onto empty boxes. I would say at the store they prolly mixed 2 different lots and the pallet and wrapped it so it looked like an original full pallet. At this point I can not wait anymore for it to be resolved am just eating 6-7 grand and tearing floor back up buying more and reinstalling so I can settle on the house it was installed in. These managers might know how to manage people but they have no knowledge of the products. From the get all I asked them to do was contact the manufacturer and see if there was something I could put on it to fix the issue which was still never done. Will never buy anything from here again I called and closed my pro account today. Back to wood floors plus.
