The floor is beautiful until a year later it stopped buckling and I called Metro flooring and they said it’s not their fault. It’s the manufacturing never heard from them again they said they would contact the manufacturer but come to find out. They laid the pool wrong and that’s why it’s buckling. They should’ve made it a different way. I wouldn’t buy from them unless you absolutely sure they’re doing the floor right I I’m getting ready to make a report BBB. and the floor was covered with her area rug the whole time they lied i call them 4 times they said Will call me back and I didn’t so I called again. They said their computers was down. They will call me back never heard no more from them and they write a review. They’re not gonna help. Don’t use them. Your whole statement is false you just don’t want to honor your floor,
We recently had new flooring installed upstairs and new carpeting installed on our staircase, and we couldn’t be happier with the results that Metro Flooring Contractors provided!Erick handled the upstairs flooring project, removing the old carpeting and installing beautiful luxury vinyl tile. His workmanship was excellent — precise, professional, and detail-oriented. The finished product completely transformed the space.Juan took care of our staircase, removing the old carpeting and installing the new carpet. He did a fantastic job. The staircase looks absolutely beautiful, and the installation was clean and flawless. We also want to mention Miguel, who came to our home for the initial consultation. The sales process was wonderful — no pressure at all. He was patient, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. As an added bonus — and something very important to us — the turnaround time from the initial consultation to the completed project was impressively quick. We also found the pricing to be more than reasonable, especially considering the outstanding materials and craftsmanship.Overall, we found this company to be extremely trustworthy. Each gentleman provided top-notch service, and both the materials and labor were outstanding. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and carpeting work.
This was one of the absolutely worst experiences I have ever had. They quoted me a week and a half to get my carpet. It ended up taking over two months the entire two month time I had to follow up with them as they were not proactive and following up with me finally, my carpet comes in and it’s ready to be installed. The installers are at my house. The carpet is in the driveway. They offered me a discount for the inconvenience when I’m trying to get the updated discount to be applied the General Manager Miguel gets an attitude and says he doesn’t want to honor it and starts belligerent me over the phone. He then says you know what I will fix you. I’m canceling your order, calls the installers and tells them pack up and go home further insult to injury. He now is holding my deposit hostage and will not issue the refund of my deposit, he made the decision to cancel my order when it was there and now is refusing to process my deposit so I’m having to take legal action be very careful if you.In response to Metro’s reply and I do not want to have a back and forth but I do want there to be an honest account of what took place so potential future customers are well informed.Just to clarify I was fine paying the agreed upon price. I felt because of the inconvenience and lack of proactive communication on Metro’s part it was appropriate to ask. Also the final invoice I received did not reflect any discount. Again, when I called and spoke with the office, I stated I’ll pay the full remaining balance as I only wanted to carpet I’ve been waiting 2 months for. The issue was not payment and there needing to be additional discounts. I just wanted to be heard about the lack of communication I received during this order. Miguel from Metro chose to cancel the order, even though the product and installers were at the house ready to work. I was ready to pay and they were ready to work. Miguel from Metro Flooring is who wanted to and did cancel the order. I would also like to note I am still waiting on confirmation that the down payment I paid in January has been processed to be returned to me. That should be a priority on Metro’s part as again they choose to cancel the order. If I canceled, I could see waiting their processing time but they made this decision and I should not be inconvenienced any longer. I am happy to discuss this with someone in leadership. I requested that earlier and received no response. Ultimately I just want the carpet I ordered. I have no issues paying the remaining balance. Hopefully your calls are recorded and you hear me stating that, when I spoke with the office. The young lady who I spoke with did her best to try and make that happen. She asked the workers to wait while she tried but ultimately and unfortunately came back stating Miguel wanted the order canceled.
Literal worst experience possible with this company. Here are the issues:Installation was delayed.Constant miscommunication with the office and crew.No one spoke English that came to do the installation. They cut the quarter round in our house and didn’t cover any of our furniture so now everything is covered in dust and wood particles. The sales guy Miguel tries to put the blame back on the customer for all of these things saying that it’s part of the contract. The crew after us telling them the issues have threatened to leave. Very professional, not.I would not recommend this company to anyone. In response to their review- we need signed a certificate of completion…so that is not true. A tip was given to the installers as that is the right thing to do. The quarter round and floors were cut indoors. See pictures attached.
Metro flooring was a fabulous company to work with. As a single mom with a fixer upper house, Metro flooring was accommodating to my price range without skimping on quality. My carpets were installed in about a half a day and my flooring was done in one full day. The installers showed up on time, were kind, respectful, and hardworking. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with flooring needs
