Dave was so helpful and gracious to work with. We purchased a carpet to have bound for a living room area rug and he lined up the gentleman who bound and delivered it for us. Last February we had started exploring new flooring. David, our expert that had helped with picking out styles was polite and helpful. He sent us home with a samples and did not pressure us like other places we had gone to buy on the spot. He understood I was working with a budget to spend and did not make me feel like my choice was a horrible option like other company’s had. Flooring arrived and it was exactly what we wanted and was expecting. Present day. Over last weekend we had finished another room in the home and ran out by a few pieces and I had reached out to David and he immediately got back to me and was again on top of it! David has been amazing to work with and I am so glad we had made this choice to go with Floor Trader for our business. 10/10 recommend.
We had an excellent experience working with David at Billings Floor Traders. He was very helpful and made sure our new flooring was ordered and ready to go when we needed it. We were directed to Jason, Fresh Floors, who installed the laminate flooring and did an awesome job. We've used Floor Traders in the past for carpet and laminate flooring and will continue to do so with such professional, helpful people.
I worked with David at Billings Floor Trader and could not be happier! One of the things I love about working with them is that there is never any pressure....I can walk in and work on my own without being hassled, yet if I need help they are right there to help in any way. Take samples, get prices, find out delivery...very quick to do it and with a joyful attitude. Willing, helpful and kind without any kind of pressure. Perfect!
The staff at Floor Traders was good to work with. Nice product. Just don’t use their “recommended” installers. I don’t live in Billings and they sent me a hack. Nothing is his fault and he didn’t listen to how I wanted the bathroom trimmed out. He didn’t even have the quarter round or stair nose pieces ordered. Of course it wasn’t his fault. It took him a year, and me calling Floor Traders a lot, to get him to return. I finally had to get a manager involved. The installer took less than an hour to finish my stairs. After he argued with me about what I wanted to do with my bathroom, I finally told him to forget that part.The stairs did not hold up. I am going to fix them myself because Floor Traders told me that they don’t handle installation complaints. Really!!! Now they tell me! Good thing there are videos on You Tube.
