I cannot recommend Nick Lefevre at Carpet One enough for all your flooring needs. Nick was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us get the carpet we wanted, he helped us pick out flooring, he even helped us redesign the the entryway to flow better. He took our budget and flooring needs into consideration. Nick was always quick to respond and put us at ease with the process. The installer Pat was also fantastic. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. We have really enjoyed working with Nick at Carpet One. From original budgeting this past summer to final install, Nick has been patient with us, assisted with timeline planning, worked with our budget and selecting product that meets our family needs. Additionally, the installers he identified for us did a really nice job.
I would not recommend this place and stay away from nick you do waste your time using this company for anything, he is incompetent when asked for a bid for my home, he refused to give me a bid because I wasn’t replacing the product that was in the house with the exact lightness of the product that he was caring. He also pulled out the cheapest samples he could get and tried to get me to buy the cheapest flooring for my home. I was not impressed with this kid. He wasted my time as my house is torn up he couldn’t take measurements. He didn’t know what room was what he doesn’t understand his product. He told me he doesn’t deal with insurance companies, but then insisted that I have the exact same product that was in my house, even though it’s not made any more
Nick was super helpful and very responsive. From our first interaction, when he came to take measurements, he was kind, listened, and helped me find exactly what I wanted in my new flooring. The tile guy Earnest was fantastic, as was Scott, who installed our wood floors. Everyone quickly responded and kept me informed of all that was happening.
