We just remodeled our entire house with Pierce Flooring. Angie was able to help choose the right cabinets for us and gave us many helpful tips to organize our kitchen. Julene helped us choose flooring and carpeting that matched our tastes perfectly. Every installation team was courteous, competent, and did a great job from start to finish. We have had a great experience with the design of our new kitchen. Heather, our sales person has been there every step of the way. If we had a question and she did not know the answer she would get back to us immediately with an answer. Communication is key with any project and it is not very common to work with someone with communication skills. There have been/are always hiccups in any remodel and Heather has handled it/them with grace and assurance that all will be taken care of. Another great thing about Heather is that she is just fun to work with.This round of flooring has gone very smoothly, Sherene our sales person was very helpful even though she was coming in on a five year old sale. We purchased a floor from Carpet Barn 5 years ago, June. After a few years the LVP started coming apart at the seams and the edges were chipping. We anticipated having this floor for 20+ years. After examining the floor the managers at Pierce gave us a “deal” to replace the floor of cost plus 10%. We felt stuck, they said they were not going to contact floor manufacturer because they probably would not cover it anyway. This has been a very costly floor. The installer Matt was the best part of this whole experience. He gave us a break on the install and has gone above and beyond even though he had nothing to do with the failure of the first floor. What I have learned…… don’t get a floating LVP floor, go with a glue down. The salespeople and flooring contractor Matt deserve more than 5 stars!!
UPDATE:Once again Pierce Flooring knocked it out of the park for the second phase of our flooring makeover!! Thanks to our flooring consultant, Cherene Hochmuth, DH Flooring who installed our porcelain tile, and Expert Flooring for our carpet. Our house is brand new after 17 years!! Once again Cherene was with us every step of the way, and each of the contractors were fantastic to work with. If you have any flooring needs, please contact Cherene at Pierce Flooring, she is awesome to work with.Best Decision we ever made! Our sales person, Cherene was FANTASTIC! Then we had a kick a$$ install crew made up of Quentin, Dale, Justin, and Bill! We have more work to be done and have Specifically asked that Quentin be on that install crew, he is that good!!
