We are beyond happy with the work done on our stairs. We changed out the carpet on our stairs to wood stairs. We wanted it to match our existing wood floors we had upstairs. With no samples of the floor and very little information they managed to find the perfect match!! The workmen-ship was beyond our expectations. We ended up with beautiful classic wood stairs our family will enjoy for many years to come. If you want a company that has experienced perfectionist works that go above and beyond to get it right these are your guys.
My experience with Soft Touch was all around great. The consult appointment was scheduled very quickly, the estimate was returned the next day and the job was scheduled as soon as the wood order arrived. The flooring technicians helped me make some decisions mid-install that were definitely the right choices. The only downside is that my new floors are so beautiful I don't want to walk on them. ??
My Wife and I just bought a house and had the original hardwood refinished. Smaller area 3-400'. Professional, prompt, and skilled. Job started on Tuesday and was done by Thursday morning! Floor looks great and will be ready for us to move in this weekend! Highly Recommend!
I called Soft Touch after ripping up my carpet to find original wood floors from the 50s that I was looking to get refinished. It needed some serious TLC, but Soft Touch more than exceeded my expectations. They were able to seamlessly patch some cable holes, and even a 2 ft area that had previously been a wall. They fixex the imperfections while keeping true to the authenticity of these beautiful old floors. I cannot thank them enough, I can't even believe that this is the same room!
