From concept to finished floor, we had an outstanding experience changing out the carpet we have had for over 30 years. The Capell team made it easy for us and we are so glad to have used them. They were very informative, attentive and professional throughout the process, even providing personal detailing to a problem threshold issue that we didn’t know how to resolve… at no extra cost.
Capell Flooring and Interiors did a fantastic job for us. They showed patience with my questions and decision-making as well as professional experience. We had them resurface and seal our Hickory hardwood floors and replace carpeting in two rooms and experienced no issues at all. I never wondered when things were going to happen or how to prepare for and take care of the end products because their communication system/schedule is outstanding. My favorite part is that they are very affordable. I highly recommend Capell!
We always disliked our hardwood floors because of the reddish color but never did anything about it until a slow leak caused water damage. We almost replaced the entire main floor, but Capell Flooring educated us on the quality of our existing wood and how it could be saved.Justin spent so much time showing us how refinishing the floors with the right stain would transform them, even sampling different colors on extra pieces until it was perfect. They saved us so much money and the result is absolutely beautiful—we don’t despise our floors anymore!The team was incredibly respectful of our home while we were away, texting progress pictures often. They would have put our trim back on but we installed new trim ourselves. They felt like good friends who took genuine pride in perfecting our home. We will always recommend and return to Capell Flooring!
We are completely satisfied with our experience with Capell Flooring & Interiors. From selecting our granite, to having it installed, to clean up, everything went great. We even extended our counter for more seating and added a coffee station to our laundry room. Would have no reservations going back to Capell with other remodel projects!
The whole Capell team was amazing to work with! We had no idea where to start but Meiken helped us understand all things carpet so we could make the best choice for us. There was no pressure, just patient answers and support. Larry was also awesome to work with when it came to measurements, scheduling and logistics questions. Our installer, Brett, was such a great guy who treated our home "like it was his grandma's"! I would highly recommend this team and business to anyone and will call them in the future for all our flooring needs.
