We had Dillabaugh’s install European white oak in our downstairs and staircase, as well as replace all of our carpet, and LVT in our laundry room. I will say we got off to a pretty rough start, and had many delays. Immediately after install, we noticed some problems with our wood floors. Dillabaugh’s brought it one of their top installers to inspect our floors; unfortunately they determined the floors were installed improperly. Dillabaugh’s took full accountability and really stepped up to the plate and took care of us. Ultimately, our wood floors and baseboards had to be entirely replaced. They brought in their A-team and handled everything from start to finish until we were completely satisfied. I do believe the management team genuinely cares about doing what’s right for their customers. This was an incredibly stressful process. We are very thankful to have had Osa the director of retail sales quickly take over to ensure transparency and efficient communication. Larry in quality control oversaw every detail, making sure that we were happy. Our project manager Drew was an absolute lifesaver and had exceptional communication that kept us in the loop. It was a long process, but in the end we love our floors!

Bree O’Neal reached out to me after I posted on NextDoor looking for a recommendation, and we discussed what I needed and was expecting. They delivered on every promise they made. I was concerned that my requests were unreasonable because I was in a time crunch I felt would be virtually impossible to meet.After meeting with Bree and Raul Gonzalez, I felt comfortable everything would fall into place. From the coordination of the project with Drew to the completion, everything went exactly as planned. Bree was great with following up and I knew I could call her at any time with a question should I have one. Yanik did the installation of my flooring and I could not be happier with the job he did. It is obvious he takes pride in his work.That being said, I highly recommend Dillabaugh’s for any of your flooring needs!
These guys have flooring and service perfected. ( purchased wool carpet) Higher quality products available with premium attention to detail in both sales and service. Rayshaul (photoed) in Sales and Drew in service/install where hands on start to finish. Super fun and professional to work with.They even visit our home after the install to check all the final work and end results. Highly recommend.We also like what the company does for the Boise community with their charity arm. Well done!
