Dillabaughs installed the tile in our home 3 years ago and have fixed a shower drain 3 times since. Repeated low quality work and baindaid fixes. Now won’t help at all even though work was done 5 months ago. They say it was a courtesy and not under warranty….stay far away from this company, as they don’t stand by their work. Even worse with communication. Dillabaughs did not just come out as a courtesy and inspect…. They ordered tile, demoed the floor of my shower, installed new wood subflooring, installed a new drain system and retiled and grouted the shower floor. This was work performed, for me, as I requested it be fixed before I bought the home in August. It’s why they came out. So their response is a lie, and their workers that did the work have been out 3 separate times because their work is shoddy. I only asked that they correct and warranty the work they did 5 months ago. Even their guys came back out and said it was shoddy work and gave me a quote to fix it the right way for 4k. Update: just had a company inspect today and found subfloor molded and rotten. They stated it was from initial install by dillabaughs and leaking from shower pan and screwed wood from underneath into pan, causing leaks. Stay far away from dillabaughs. Shady company…

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Since I was so nervous about how a new floor would turn out, Roz was especially careful of me and took extra steps in "being there" and explaining all processes, contract matters and assuring any follow up needed. The installer was great and put extra effort in making certain of the job well done.
