Andy and the Diamond Flooring team are fantastic! I called Andy and he offered to come out the next day to give me a quote. He is very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what would be involved for each part of the project. Anytime I had a question he would immediately pick his phone or text me right back. My project in my 1,300 sq ft house involved removing all carpet, tile and replacing that with pre-finished hardwood and pre-finished glued down engineered hardwood. Andy arranged ordering and coordination for the flooring material for that. They also converted the stairs to wood. Everything came out great and took only a few days. There were a few issues I noticed once they were done and Andy sent his team back the next day to make everything right. I would highly recommend Diamond Flooring and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
