Went today to get roughly 250sq ft of hardwood floor and the had a sample which I wanted to match and the lady told to me face - “not interested to do business with you.” While she was on another call in her language. I stood there in shock and She the. tells her colleague how I was not a customer she wants to work with!Terrible experience! Terrible people to work with. Do not give them any business.Go to other places in Bramalea and Steels area… so many polite business owners to work with!
have been a loyal customer of this flooring company since 2023, purchasing all my flooring materials from their Kitchener location without any issues. However, my recent experience at the Brampton location was extremely disappointing.I drove all the way from Kitchener to Brampton to pick up flooring samples. When I arrived, no one assisted me for nearly 20 minutes. After finally speaking with a salesperson, I was informed that samples would cost $100. I agreed, assuming it was a flat fee, but then I was told it was $100 per sample, which is unreasonable. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. The salesperson appeared uninterested and ignored the fact that I was prepared to purchase 1,700 sq. ft. of flooring. As a contractor bringing repeat business, I expected a much more professional experience.Unfortunately, due to this experience, they have lost a customer. I do not recommend this location. There are many other flooring suppliers that value contractors and provide far better service.
Love BH. Always have what I need and so much else to choose from. The baskin Robbin’s of flooring!!! Think you’re grabbing vanilla but end up with tiger tail!!! Keep it up peoples!!!
I’ve known Raj, the owner of Brampton Hardwood Floors at 75 West Drive, Brampton, since I was 14 years old, and I’m now 51. That alone should tell you how long-standing and trustworthy he is.Raj is truly amazing. He genuinely cares about his clients and always goes above and beyond to make sure they’re happy. His knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail are second to none. He treats every customer like family and takes pride in delivering the best possible results.I wouldn’t go anywhere else — this company is hands down the best hardwood store around. If you’re looking for quality, reliability, and outstanding customer service, Brampton Hardwood Floors is the place to go.
Brampton Hardwood were fabulous. I purchased engineered hardwood for my house in Aurora. I loved this product so much, I went back to Brampton Hardwood to find the same flooring for my new home. They were very patient with me in my delay in picking up some of the large order because of the distance travelled from North Bay. Thanks so much. See the pictures. Excellent product and great service.
