This review is long overdue - the End of the Roll Carpet team were great, start to finish!Starting off, the store has a variety of carpet options, which you can see, touch and feel.Nav, was super friendly and helpful, and explained the different underlay options, provided a quick estimate and got the fitting team to come out and measure and provide a quote.Had the stairs, landing and a small back office done. With the thickest underlay, which came in at around $3700 dollars or so.The carpet that was available was super thick, premium and priced super cheap (i feel it should have been priced 2 or 3 times what it was).Had this done around Jan 2025, and needed it done quickly - Nav and team accommodated my requirements and did a stellar job. Highly recommend visiting and speaking with them.I actually got a quote elsewhere, which was cheaper by a few hundred dollars or so, however I only got to see carpet samples (my concern was bait and switch) - whereas with End of the roll, I could see exactly what was being installed, the quality etc, as you can see in the pics.With regards to installation, Tony (installer), super top guy, is an expert! The back room, since it was a rectangle.The stair and landing, take a bit longer - each step takes a bit of time - Tony spent alot of time doing this - and the result speaks for itself!All in all, exceptional experience ' If/when I have any more flooring needs, ill be coming here first!
