C&A did an excellent job on refinishing my floors. They were very professional and wrote a detailed contract listing all work to be accomplished. The workers were very hardworking and knowledgeable about all aspects of the floor refinishing. They completed the work on schedule and confirmed dates in advance. The price was very fair. This was the first big project that I did since my husband passed away. They were very patient with all of my questions and any concerns. I would highly recommend C&A flooring.
We had called C & A for a quote to re sand and stain our hard wood floors. They came out right away to give us a quote and got started as soon as we were ready. The floors themselves look great and were exactly what we wanted. The reason I am giving two stars is their lack of professionalism and respect for our house. We were told the team would be out on Sunday to finish our floors but instead came home to our house covered in dust (we were told everything would be covered in plastic to protect against the dust but that clearly wasn’t the case). Our calls went unanswered the entire day and someone came on Monday to “finish up”. Baseboards were put back in the wrong place, one piece even went missing and they just left it…..there were spots of stain on the walls and baseboards, cigarette butts in the grass (the same grass our one year old plays in), a trash bag was left in the middle of the yard and areas of our wall were left scratched and damaged. I will not be using them again and would recommend others look elsewhere for their flooring needs.
The team did an amazing job finishing the floors in our new home. They were even able to come out for an estimate within a half hour of contacting them! They started right away, worked quickly and the project came out better than I imagined.
Gotta say this about this company , Great work and trusting workers . We felt it was a fair price for the materials and labor . Gonna have them do more in another part of the house in a week or two . They did 3 rooms and moved the washer and dryer to perfection.
