my home has oak wood floors (over 60 years old) that looked very worn and in some parts had old laminate glued over them. Alex and his team sanded them all to a good uniform base and took time to match stain, many samples. They completed everything quickly and the floors look really great. His rates seemed to be on average or better than competitors.I’ll add some photos soon.

They were extremely neat, professional, and courteous of our property. They taped everything neatly and covered our chandeliers!
