We have worked with many contractors over the years and never had any issues. Unfortunately, our experience with Sunshine Floor did not match our other experiences.Sunshine Floor laid new wooden floors in the first and sanded an stained existing floorboards in the second floor. The outcome was not what we expected. On the first floor, glue stains and traces along the sides of dozens of the new floorboards, a trail of drops from a dripping paintbrush, and dirt and black oil stains were all polyurethaned into the floor. Also, grates were poorly installed, with visible saw marks and poor finishing.Sadly, rather than simply fixing the issue, the owner of Sunshine Floor got uncomfortably aggressive towards us (incl. my wife when I was not around) when he inspected the work. Sentences like 'Well, these black stains are close to the wall, so you can cover them with carpets' left us speechless. When our general contractor withheld part of the final installment until clarity was reached, Sunshine Floor put a lean on our house - although their contract was with the GC, not us. The second floor work had to be redone, as well. At least they did this, but charged an additional fee which we paid just to get them out of our house.We were stunned at the unprofessionalism and very shoddy work. A simple "yup, we'll fix this' would have solved everything.Maybe this was a unique case and we were unlucky, but based on our experience, I unfortunately would have to advise anyone against using Sunshine Floor. We hired someone else to redo the floors at additional expense to us and they did a great job.

First time at Sunshine Floor Supplies to pick up some wood floor refinishing supplies. They have a nice selection of refinishing products and hardwood floors. The prices on some of the wood flooring were great and good quality.They also do machine repairs on site. The sales associate, Yeisibell was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices on the poly I picked up were lower than my floor supply store in Danbury. Will definitely be coming back.
