They just finished carpeting our whole house. We were very pleased with the job done along with them being respectful & courteous. The owner Kyle & the crew led by Tyler made sure that we were completely satisfied. Thank you guys.
Everyone in the store was lovely and the installer (pardon my spelling - Draymon?) did a first rate job, very professional and there was a lot of audio visual equipment to watch out for. He treated the room like it was his own and took his time while going above and beyond to put the metal outlets back carefully. Thanks~!
PLEASE READ COMPLETE BELOW UPDATES!I would rate them a 4* but due to the initial workers, I have some issues with my floor that unless I remove the entire floor, I cannot replace it, so I gave them a 3. (I did not discuss this with the company because I was sick of the project, so in fairness they were unaware but likely in my experience of them-would have fixed it) UPDATED TO A 4 ****This is a bit of a doozy, The primary feedback I will leave you with is that they will not leave your job until it is completed to your satisfaction. My project was tile and hardwood in 6 separate spaces. I had a project that was to be completed in 1.5 weeks and due to many factors, it didn't get completed for a few months. The initial men that were at my job site were absolutely terrible- vaping in my home, taking long breaks, showing up late-leaving early, broke a light and I believe stole materials from my job (not confirmed). They were eventually terminated but not before they made my job a nightmare. I had to be very diligent checking on them, asking questions, taking photos and being very assertive about my needs and the damage the workers did to my job including damaging brand-new floor they laid down. Additionally, there had to be high level of communication which was difficult as there were many people to communicate with and the message often was distorted in the end. The second person they hired to complete my tile project was professional but had several personal issues that I believe disrupted the handywork, but the supervisor came in many times to ensure that my difficulties, issues and overall satisfaction was addressed. He wasn't willing to leave my project until I was happy with the work. He was professional. I would also add that I had to be on the phone with the team many times, and although I know they were likely sick of hearing from me- the office staff and workers were always kind, respectful and willing to address any need I had.I would return to their business, with a bit of caution due to those initial workers but I would return.1/8/26:I received an email and follow up phone call from the office regarding my google review. I believe they are intentionally invested in me as a client and wished to problem solve my feedback about the mention stealing comment above. I want to be clear that my feedback of stealing is not substantiated. There is no evidence to support this. They are taking my concerns serious and are investing time to review where the missing materials did go. I will update my review once I hear back1/20/26:Both Ute and Tyler are the reason this company is so successful! Not only did they read my review but took it very seriously. They looked through their own shop and came out to measure and review my project to ensure that in fact nothing was stolen from my job. I apologize for the initial mistake and assumption I made and am grateful that both Ute and Tyler are so passionate about their work that they made a huge effort to ensure there was a complete review of my concern.Additionally, Tyler continues to ensure I am happy with my product and job outcome! He is so positive, kind and hard working! This business is lucky to have both Tyler and Ute!
I purchased 3 room of carpet installed. Bedroom number 1 was measured wrong and had to be cut and seamed. The color appears different on each side of the seam due to the orientation of the fibers being in a different direction and refrain ring light differently. Because I had new furniture being delivered and did not want to have to move new furniture and risk damage I elected not to have the carpet reordered and replaced. I was compensated $200?which I thought was a very small compensation for carpet I will have for a long time. All bedrooms look sloppy at the threshold with the padding not being run up far enough to the threshold leaving a bump 1 inches into the doorway. Carpet is jagged over the tack strip looking sloppy. The threshold in adjacent bedrooms do not line up level with each other making the workmanship look sloppy. I have contacted Kyle twice in the last 4 months about the unsightly thresholds and was assured Tyler would come looks at the areas. This has never happened. Lastly the carpet despite being 6 months old is already showing matting. 2 of the bedrooms are not occupied. We are a 2 person household who enters the third bedroom twice a day. It should not be matting. I feel the quality of the carpet was misrepresented. I feel the price was expensive for what we got and I am quite disappointed in the workmanship and customer service.I was contacted by the installer (Tyler) twice after submitting this review. Just to be clear Tyler has the utmost integrity and great customer service skills. Although I personally spoke with Kyle Santor about these issues he never followed though and brough my issue to Tyler as he promised me he would. Tyler has offered to do anything he can to rectify the situation including buying a new carpet and installing it for us for free. This is what integrity looks like! Kyle on the other hand has never address this review with me nor offered to make things right. Although I will no longer give International Floor Covering my business I would highly recommend Tyler as a skilled craft person with excellent customer service skills and integrity.
Chris and Colby did a fantastic job replacing our carpets with beautiful hardwood. They were professional, kind and installed everything with precision and care.
