Carpeted our second level. Despite a great instal a glitch occurred. The installers carpet tool left a black trail around the perimeter of our beige carpet. To me a five star worthy business isn’t predicated on being perfect but rather how well they handle a problems that may arise. These folks are winners in that regard. They stand behind their great service!
Great experience with Flooring America from the sales team to the installation team. Had new flooring installed in three bathrooms and the kitchen. Jen was our salesperson and she was wonderful. If looking to get new flooring installed, I highly recommend Flooring America in Williston.
The awesome installation team at Flooring America (Tristan, Melinda, JP, Robert, and Hank) just finished up the carpet install on my second floor and stairs. It looks fantastic! I’ve been so pleased with the Flooring America experience, working with Tyler in the showroom and Dave on the measurements. I went from talking to Tyler in the showroom to a quote in hand within 1 week (compare that to the 6+ week process to just get a quote from a large box store) and the team was communicative on delivery and installation timelines. The install team was efficient and on time. I had a great experience and will be recommending Flooring America to my friends.
This weekend my girls and I decided to make a cat tree. I began by calling around looking for carpet scraps and when I called Flooring America and told them what we were up to they enthusiastically invited us to come look at what they had for end cuts that we may be able to use. When we got there they took time to help us find special colors and allow my girls to dig and rummage through ALL of their scraps lol !! The Staff was incredibly friendly and patient, Whats important to me to note is that this was my first time in and they gave us a bunch of great rug pieces and cardboard tube for our at no cost and we have never done business there before. We will definitely, definitely go back and tell my friends !!Thank you Jenn and the Flooring America staff that helped us !!!
I highly recommend Flooring America in Williston, VT as they provide excellent service with a vast selection of quality products. We selected a beautiful wool flatweave rug with the help of their sales/design specialist and their installation team measured, cut and bound the edges to create a custom-fit stair runner. The installer was polite, efficient and experienced. The entire process was smooth and we love our new stair runner!
