Knowlegeable and friendly staff here. They specialize in quality products, so it is easy to find what you need. They also recommended an excellent floor installer (Mark from Academy Hardwood Floors) who knows the kind of flooring they sell; he did an excellent job in our place, charging us a very reasonable price. Big thanks to them all!
We went there yesterday, after hearing so many ads and compliments on them. They have not disappointed me. Huge business premises. Big, well illustrated and organized show room and warehouse. They even have different depts to serve business and individual clients separately. Charlie, at the show room, showed us around. He was very polite, sincere, considerate, helpful, fluent in English, and true with info, suggestions and alternatives. Their 2 other warehouse associates have the same quality as well, who even offered to assign a newer lot to us after knowing that we can only take the other half of our flooring 1.5 month later, so as to avoid the may be color difference in their new shipment if the remaining lot is sold out. They initiate to take the trouble to unload the original lot for us and reload a newer lot for us. I am glad I win over my husband and insist to visit Golden Trim before deciding our flooring supplier. Golden Trim have way more choice of designs and quality, good prices, amazing staff who provide astonishing and thoughtful service. I am really happy that we have such a well established and hard working local business that we don’t have to be forced to order from a foreign company. Good job, Golden Trim, I give you a 10 thumbs up.
I used their service and flooring for my condo, and two of my businesses and I have no complaints. Their customer service is top notch and quality is way better than the flooring in most new condo developments. Love their German laminate flooring quality for my home and vinyl flooring for my centre.I have recommended their products to many of my clients and they all loved it. Great pricing and quality.Not to mention I had a dog that would urinate in the same spot from time to time but the flooring was never ruined.
I was looking to replace the flooring on the upper level of my home and wanted a stress free experience. I had purchased from Golden Trim many years ago (at their previous location) and was happy with their selection so I decided to go back. I am so glad I did! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their sales associate Annie was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. I would recommend again and again.Save your time and gas going from one place to the next and give Golden Trim Floor house a try.
The customer service was great but it was a bad experience with poor material quality. We purchased their new line material with a nice grey finish a year ago. It was commercial grade scratch resistant and we were ensured it never scratched. We don’t have any dog or other pets but it scratched after 6 months. It is starting to chip now and we are so disappointed with the quality and the money we spent. We had spent 60% less money and bought a Canadian brand three years ago for our second floor and have had no issue so far. We called Golden Trim a few months ago and they said the warranty doesn’t cover these issues. I do not recommend this company.
