We are extremely pleased with the laminate flooring installation that Al and his technicians did for us. Any issues that came up were dealt with on the spot, and the work was done on time and on budget. The craftmanship was excellent and the resulting installation looks fabulous. In 2021 we decided to redo our kitchen and laundry room floors. So I talked to my neighbour Thomas, who I knew worked for Metrotown Flooring. He was their designer so he reffered me to their flooring specialist.She came by, did the measuring and gave us a quote. The crew did a fine job. There wasm a follow up required. This was done with no questions asked.We then referred Thomas to our friends, where he redesigned their kitchen. As well, the flooring was redone. We are amazed at the result each time we visit them.Last week we had issues with our laundry room drawers. I asked Thomas to drop by to see if I could salvage these real wood cabinets. He was, as usual, professional and helpfull in fixing the problem.I would recommend Metrotown Flooring to anyone wanting to do renovations in any part of your homes
Using Metrotown Floors and Interior services, my satisfaction with the vinyl plank flooring replacement following the flood damage I had to deal with, I would have to say is HIGH. Kudos to Al Eris for his coordination and leadership and looking after my concerns, our communication was consistent. He was proactive with notifying me regarding who would be on-site for both the flooring and cabinetry work. The work was completed according as planned. And I would definitely consider using their services again for any future flooring projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.Daymon L.
Had a very good experience with Nhu and her team. The floor installer was very nice and listened to my feedback to reorganize a section of flooring to make it look more natural when one of the floor batches were slightly darker than the others. Would recommend!
