SPC Vinyl planks were installed into my kitchen and living room. After less than 4 years the planks had chipped and began to separate. They were installed to specifications. However the warranty was not honoured by Yaletown flooring. In speaking with an individual who has vast experience installing flooring he was talking about the poor quality of the SPC planks, in general. Yaletown would not honour the warranty even though the pictures they had me sent in all fell within the guidelines of proper installation. Terrible product. Terrible experience.

Yaletown floors have been great with me in the floor buying process. Max has been very responsive and on top of every request that we had. They were able to get samples out to us quick and efficiently and have been very transparent about pricing. There are a lot of flooring places in Vancouver that won't even put their prices online, Yaletown floors is very honest about pricing and what is the best they can do for the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for flooring in the greater Vancouver area.
