The square footage estimate was also accurate, which helped us stay on budget and avoid over-ordering. Randy assisted me with my tile order. He provided exceptional customer service from answering my questions about stock & where it's made. If he didn't know, he would get back to me very quickly. He was prompt to answer emails and calls, made my order very seamless as a couple of times, I had urgently needed extra last minute batch. Would recommend here.
i was expecting a very different experience by the name of the business. from the second i walked in the door the service was EXCEPTIONAL! i was searching for something fairly specific, and didn’t have time to order anything in. they took the time to help me get exactly what i was after! and even paying was lovely. the front desk admin was friendly and cheerful. white glove service from start to finish.i will ?? be a returning customer and i’ll happily send my friends and family your way. thanks for making a not-so-fun chore so pleasant (and affordable!!)

He found a decent match for my existing flooring and had it ready to go in less than a week. Also helped me with nosings and reducers. I was also really impressed by the quality of the laminate.
