Sydney was very knowledgeable and the installers were professional, punctual, and kept the house clean during demolition and installation. The final result is beautiful. This was a BIG project!! My husband and I walked into Carpetbaggers on July 26th with plans to redo the only two rooms in our home that still had carpet, after having spoken to Katie Schultz that morning. We arrived to the showroom and it had an enormous selection of all kinds of flooring products. After seeing the beautiful products available, we decided to take the plunge and redo all 3 bedrooms, hallway, living room, kitchen and dining. We talked with Katie about our needs and our expectations and she helped us select a few samples to take home to try. The following week she came to measure and brought a few more samples. We made our selection and after a quick application, we had our new floors ordered (they offer 12 months same as cash). Product arrived 8/13 and the entire project was completed in 2 days by Rodrigo and his crew the following week. I could not be more satisfied with the customer service and great care Katie has provided throughout this whole process. She answered every call or text (even over the weekend). Directions were provided for how to prepare for the install. Big furniture did not have to be moved, which saved a lot of time and our backs. We now will enjoy the process of redecorating this beautiful space and have the peace of mind that Katie and Carpetbaggers will maintain this excellent customer service!
