A $13,000.00 mistake...Nice people, but they sell bottom of the line product. The floors were junk from the start with the thinnest veneer layer and the thinnest wear layer on the market. They came out to replace several boards that were cracked, but the poor quality has gaps larger than any other flooring I have seen and the edges are bright as the veneer is so thin it doesn't color the beveled edges. The installers were nice, but were working with junk, and the company is only as good as the product.After they left one foot of the dishwasher on the sub floor and the other on the wood I had them come back out to fix it as they were also fixing other boards and trying to color in the flaws and damage to the floor with a black stain marker. I removed the dishwasher and they added more floor to level it out but unfortunately the old valve leaked and despite drying up the water the larger gaps in this flooring allowed it to spread and it in very little time ruined over 80 square feet of flooring. so never let an ice cube melt or it will cost you dearly. Best option might be to find a company that is more concerned with quality and can better guide the customer. The only reason they get two stars is the fact they are nice and were willing to try but in the end we are left holding the bag... the empty bag of money and now have to turn our lives upside down again to move furniture, remove floors, replace the upstairs sub floor, and put in a quality product. I have asked for the owners to contact me so I can cancel the carpets in the rest of the house that we have already paid for but not yet scheduled. I am sick to my stomach over wasting $13,000.00 and a lot of time. Bottom line, buyer beware and find a company that offers better quality.
The Flooring Factory replaced our kitchen, foyer, and sunroom, engineered dark wood floors with porcelain tile. The result is awesome! Our house looks so much brighter. The guys did a fantastic job. We’re really thrilled with the results.

I absolutely love the Flooring Factory team at the Goose Creek SC location on St James Blvd! Another local flooring company cancelled at the very last minute on Friday the 5th of September for work that was scheduled to be done on the following Tuesday. With several other contractors already scheduled to come in after the flooring was complete I had to find someone else on short notice. My plumbing contractor recommended Flooring Factory and I called immediately. The receptionist, Julie, was so understanding and considerate. She miraculously managed to work the schedule to bring a two-man crew, led by Higor, the following Tuesday, keeping our project on schedule.
We had an amazing experience with Flooring Factory in Goose Creek. Julie and John spent a lot of time finding us exactly what we wanted. We had carpet installed in the upstairs and frog and LVP installed downstairs. The guys spent 2 1/2 days replacing subfloor and making everything level before laying the LVP. The installers took the time to ask how we wanted certain things and were great communicators. After it was completed, I felt that we got way more than we paid for. I would absolutely recommend this company for any carpet or flooring needs. Thanks again!
