Very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end!They had installed carpet 3 years ago in a room - and we wanted the same kind and color installed in another room. They helped us find the carpeting - came and did our estimate - and placed the order.When the order came in they called us with an install date. The 2 guys who came to install were very professional. They helped us move our mattress - took out our old padding and carpet - then measured to make sure we had the right carpet. They did a great job - our room looks great!
The crew from Andrews did an excellent job installing our flooring--one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner in Charleston for over 30 years. They were professional, knowledgeable and prompt, and their skills were evident: the room was transformed and looks great. I highly recommend Andrews--I've always heard they were top notch, and they sure proved it with the work they did.
Won’t tell a potential customer how much is charged per sq ft for carpet installation. It’s done by the job they claim. In other words objectively. They think they can get more $ based on what? Your home value? Tried to shop local twice. Oh well. Lowe’s had no problem saying they charge 1.05 per sq ft for install, take up and haul away. No transparency? No business.
