WOW! Where to begin.. Neo flooring is incredible. We worked with Gus on the sales side and he was on top of everything. We needed to have some flooring repaired because we had a wall removed. He talked us through all the options and risk associated with each. He priced the job very fair and was there for 90% of the install. Erik was the worker who did the installation and he was incredibly efficient and polite. All around an exceptional experience I will most definitely use them for all my future needs!!
We met with several local companies to install hardwood floors on our entire 2nd floor, to match our first floor. We also wanted a herringbone pattern. We were very impressed with Neo floors and also appreciated that they have a store front where they have many wood (including patterns), tile and carpet examples to see in person. Ultimately, we chose Neo and we are very happy with the result. The craftsmen at Neo all had an excellent work ethic and were so nice and respectful of our home. They were careful to cover our existing wood floors and furniture to ensure everything was protected. Another huge help for us is that Neo has a crew to move, paint and clean, making the process seamless for us! Our experience was fantastic and we are very happy with the workmanship. Our new floors are beautiful and the herringbone in particular, is stunning.
