DO NOT USE - STAY AWAY- Doesn’t stand behind his work - his installers don’t speak English and assume you don’t understand while they curse you in another language. Had to take to court where he lied - saying we had not contacted him yet when I dialed the number in front of judge his phone rang. Been fighting with the owner for multiple years for incorrectly installed lvp and a wood floor that was never sealed properly- He will use every trick in the book to delay and ignore your complaints or attempts to get proper work done. Deny he received calls and texts, emails, letters all the while watching a calendar - then say you’re beyond the warranty date. Then when you take him to court he uses a lawyer in small claims court that uses legalese to get over on you. Not done with this. I will be filing again to get what is just. There are too many companies to even think about using this company who refuses to stand behind his work and does shoddy work.

We are very happy with the service, products and installation we received from Space Floors. We had new LVP installed over existing cheap builder wood floors, new carpet in bedrooms and stairs and landing area with hardwood stained and finished. Marques was extremely professional and thorough with is measurements and estimate, explaining the options for the three areas we wanted done. Kayla was excellent in showing us our options in the showroom and in scheduling the installation around our schedule. The installation crews were top notch in their moving of furniture and old flooring and cleaned as they went. There is a normal amount of dust involved in the sanding process but that's to be expected. I would highly recommend Space Floors over any mass merchandiser for quality product, service and installation.
Space floors just redid my entire house in LVP. They are absolutely beautiful! From Kaylen to Marques to the installers, they are very professional and easy to work with! The installers are kind, polite and are very hard working!
