Great experience. we were in a time crunch on our renovation and couldn't believe how quickly our hardwood flooring was shipped! We were in between products but the knowledgeable team members helped us choose the best one for our needs. It looks so incredible installed and we couldnt be happier. Price was great, too!
Just had our new kitchen floor laid. It looks so great and the installer was wonderful. His name is Martin Stefanak . He was so professional and took the extra time to make sure everything was right and how it should be. Thank you so much. It was a great experience.
We had a great experience. From the moment we walked in until final installation we found the entire experience pleasant. We never felt rushed or pushed to purchase any particular product and we were shown a variety of choices and what each carpets pros and cons were. The install team was fabulous. They removed the old carpet did a great job cleaning thr bare floor and then installed the new carpet and even asked us to inspect it before they leftAwesome
Salesman Jim was pretty nice and knowledgeable. He definitely helped us keep the material within our budget, but I don't think it would have mattered. The people they hired to install the floors did a terrible job! I even approached Jim a few times with concerns about loose baseboards or transition strips - and Jim would say "oh just bring it to their attention next time they're at your house. ".... WHAT!? I thought I was paying Carpet Exchange to handle all of this and that you guys would hire adequate help. Instead, I got what you can see in my pictures and videos. The installers even tacked down a baseboard with the curtain string stuck behind it, so I couldn't use the curtain and had to free it up myself. I even went around on my hands and knees, painting and tacking the baseboards down myself for hours. Then when I told the installer about the curtain string - or the fact that a corner of the bathroom was completely missed - he laughed and said it must have been his son's work.... so you don't double check after him!? I just don't know anymore about finding quality work in this town. Feel free to make your own assessment off of the pictures and videos I posted with this review and good luck if you choose to move forward using the Carpet Exchange of Cheyenne. I hope you have a better experience than I did.
Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with Carpet exchange (Cheyenne store). We had to take PTO to stay at home and wait for them, however, they didn't respect the schedule (twice). They called us on the day of installation to tell us they would not come. If that was the only problem I would have given more stars. However, the installation guys Carpet Exchange sent to our house, simply destroyed our newly painted walls (see pics of some spots), really unprofessional! Not considering the installer lost his temper, yelled at me, and left without finishing the job when I pointed out the scratches on the wall. When we went to the store to tell them about our issue, the floor salesperson told us some of their installers don't do a good job and they usually send them to the older houses. A reputable organization needs to expect its service providers to demonstrate respect for every home regardless of age or condition. We would not recommend their services!
