Very pleased with our experience. The guys who installed our LVP flooring were professional and prompt. They removed the old linoleum under the laminate flooring in the kitchen (we had no idea it was even there) without us asking them to do so, which is a good thing. Carpet One representatives actually came by and checked progress and work. I would 10/10 recommend.

For a town that generally doesn't have great customer service, Carpet One is an exception. Having to have a new floor installed in a home is no easy task but Carpet One and their installation crew did a great job and the results were excellent.
