Danny Pop was helpful, professional, and patient. He went out of his way to help me resolve a concern with pre-finished wood flooring ordered, and found an ideal alternative. Ultimately, we found a beautiful unfinished wood flooring, which is perfect for my home. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and patience throughout.

I highly recommend shopping here.Edit: 12/11/2025As a contractor who comes here specifically to purchase hardwood, stair parts, and more, you’d hope to be provided with quality product. My last two orders over the last couple months were well over 15k ( around 30-40k total) for 5” width and 7” width rift. Typically there is a premium paid to ensure pieces of wood are delivered between 2’ - 8’ while avoiding any pieces smaller than 2’ entirely. My previous order of around 1300 sq ft has a total of (10) 8’ pieces. The remainder of pieces is no where near what I expected from A-American to provide. I’ll put another update here pending the resolution for my last order. Moving into 2026 I may switch to AB Hardwood or else where if we can’t get halfway decent wood from A-American.

His dedication and persistence made a world of difference.In the end, we received the correct flooring, and everything turned out well, thanks to Danny at A-American Custom Flooring. I've found them to be truly exceptional in their service, and they will be the first place I reach out to for flooring again in the future.
