Thomas, and the team did a great job replacing my damaged wooden floor. Firstly, Thomas came out to give an estimate, and was very through presenting the different options of floors I can choose from. Once I selected my desired floor, the team quickly coordinated with my property manager to reserve the elevator and provide insurance for appointment . The following week Mike who was a great installer completed the installation in one day. I highly recommended working with them on any flooring project small or big!
We bought a new home and hired FCI to remove existing carpets and install new hardwood floors, refinish existing hardwood floors and bannisters, and install new carpets in a couple rooms. We got 3 quotes from different vendors and although FCI was on the higher-end, we loved how thorough Thomas was during the process and felt comfortable going with them.Eduardo, Daniel, and team were great to work with and were very flexible when we had to fix some issues. Overall, great team to work with and would recommend. Everyone that visits our home compliments the floors and we love how soft the carpets in the kids’ rooms turned out.
I hired Floor Coverings International of Downtown Chicago to redo the floors of my condo. The project was multi-room and consisted of removing the existing bamboo hardwood and replacing it with Karndean Luxury Vinyl Tile. Thomas from FCI was awesome to work with, helping me every step of the way in my decision-making process. The installation team did a great job and although the project took longer to execute than the original estimate, I am totally in love with the results! The new floors completely modernized the look of my condo and even make it look more spacious. I would definitely hire FCI again for future flooring needs.

From start to finish, Floor Coverings International made the project simple and stress-free with no hard sell. Thomas and Krystal were amazing! Krystal handled all the building paperwork seamlessly, and Thomas walked me through the options and turned quotes around fast. Funny enough, I didn’t go with his suggestion at first (he recommended laminate), but in the end I trusted Thomas and chose Next Gen laminate. I love it so much ??They met my timeline, and the floors are gorgeous. Big shoutout to Eddie and his team (Ruis!) super tidy, low noise, no mess. Our three cats stayed totally chill during the work, and I’m no longer worried about random kitty throw ups or the water fountain getting knocked over. Wonderful experience all around. 10/10
