We hired Unique Flooring to rip out carpets in two bedrooms, refinish the main rooms and install soundproofing and hardwood throughout our condo. They were fast, VERY clean, and did impeccable work. The quality of work was great, they were on time, and within budget.Mike provided me with the estimate in a timely manner, and I really liked that he met me on the job site the morning that they started the work to make sure he was clear on the work that needed to be completed. Mike’s team, led by Jesus, did an exceptional job with our two flat. They removed carpet in several places, installed our basement flooring, refinished the hardwoods on the main floor, and installed new hardwood in the master. Their work and attention to detail was fantastic. Mike also was very easy to reach throughout the process and actively reached out often to update us in progress. While their work is high quality, they also were very very efficient. The job was done in less than a week.
