Our experience with A Step Above Flooring could not have been any better! From my first phone call with Marty through the design selection process with Lydia and the installation of our flooring I was more than pleased. All the decisions about style, color, and product type could have been overwhelming but Lydia made it so easy to choose and really fun, which I think it should be, but often isn't. As usually happens in home improvement projects we ran into some unforeseen difficulties. Marty was really great, calming me down (lol) and getting the situation taken care of quickly. Our installation techs were all so friendly and efficient. I absolutely love our flooring and I felt that I made a couple of new friends along the way. There is no other place you should consider for your flooring needs.
