Wow! They are amazing!!!! We bumped into Mike at the store and he offered us his cart, we noticed the logo on his shirt and asked him for a card. We were in the process of closing on our new home so it was perfect timing. Mike quickly came over to do a thorough evaluation and discussed our wants and needs in depth. He was very personable and blew us away with his knowledge. Mike is very passionate about his work. We went to the store and picked out which flooring we wanted. They ordered it and called when they said they would and started the install when they said they would. I thought we got super lucky with Mike but the luck thankfully didn’t stop there, Nick SR and Nick JR called when they were on the way. I’ve never had such considerate people working in the home. They clearly communicated every step of the way and the job projection and progress. They checked in frequently with updates and confirming satisfaction. Not only were very polite and nice to talk to but very confident and skilled. They kept such a clean work area and made sure to undercut and stagger without a consistent pattern, absolutely no complains and I am pretty particular, lol. We seriously hit the jackpot with finding them. We plan to be in our new home for the next 20-30 years and we are so relieved and thankful to have such great quality work and beautiful floors in our home. We will certainly have them back out to replace a couple other rooms when it’s time. They did the kitchen, dining, hall and 3 bedrooms so it was not a small job. We will be sure to recommend them to everyone we know!!
We had carpet removed and laminate flooring installed. I was very happy with how quickly they came out to measure and very pleased with the selection process. They were very patient and helpful. We LOVE our new floors! They make our house so clean and beautiful! I was happy with every step of the process. You can even see from the pictures what a nice job they did with the closets. The installers were very friendly and kind! I would use Valvano again for sure!
Mr. Valvano and his crew did an absolutely A+ job with my whole house carpeting project. They are professional, skilled at their craft and so accommodating to their customers. I definitely feel that I got the best carpet at the best price. The Valvano company went way above and beyond for me and my project.No need to look anywhere else, they are the best!
Fixed our offices when other flooring stores in the area said that it could not be fixed and recommended we get ALL NEW FLOORING... I couldn't believe it we just bought the space and it was brand new carpet and I thought these people are trying to scam me. Valvano's came out and fixed the 12 problem areas where we moved our cubical walls. Compared to the other 2 flooring companies I got quotes from they saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!!!!! You can barely see the patch and I was so blown away I had to take a photo of the last area to be fixed to show my husband. WOW!
Absolutely love my floors! Thank you for taking the time and go over all of the flooring products. Very happy with my lifeproof floor and warranty. Will be back when we start the kitchen renovation.
