We were so impressed we actually cancelled future quotes with other companies and booked our project the same day. I am so glad that we did!We were given a window of 8-11am for our project to begin today. Jake and his crew arrived promptly at 9:30. He went over the specifics of our project and ensured that the materials were what we had picked out. He then got to work immediately.I am blown away by how efficient he and his crew were. They were extremely detail oriented and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. We will definitely be using ReFloor again for a future project!

The communication from their entire support team was great from the get go, and the pricing was very reasonable. In 40+ years of home ownership, I have worked with numerous home improvement companies. Refloor is among the best. They delivered on every promise. They installed the highest quality product. The workmanship is outstanding. Mirko and his team were professional, courteous, and efficient. They went the extra mile, and even showed up in hazardous weather, to ensure the job was completed as promised. The lifetime warranty ensures I never have to worry about my floors again.
Jake installed our floors. His services began with a review of the rooms and ensuring the floor was level and the installation would be satisfactory. He explained and demonstrated the benefit of installing over our hardwood floors rather than removing them. He leveled the laundry room where there were no hardwood floors in order to remove a transfer that was between the rooms. It looks great and is 100% level. He and his assistant worked diligently and were finished in two days. They removed and replaced the toilet. They also moved the large furniture pieces and appliances. Every appliance and the toilet was put back into its position after the installation of the floors in that area and were working properly. We had one piece of furniture that was moved and needed to be rebuilt by my husband. This was frustrating because I wasn't told it had come apart when it was moved. Our Luvsac sectional is heavy, and we will need to rewire it after it was moved for the flooring. The cords are in front of it rather than placed through the back. My husband wants to be sure it is done correctly so he will be addressing that issue too.We were contacted twice a day by project managers who were in constant communication with the installers by text with photos of the work.Jake and I walked the job as part of the final review. He and his team addressed the few items I pointed out. Jake takes great pride in doing a quality job and it shows in his interaction with the customer and his workmanship.We are highly satisfied with the entire process other than the furniture issues and negotiating the leveling of the laundry room against the refund for the removal of the wood floor. My husband is working with Zach to get this reconsidered. I didn't like being put on the spot about that on the day of installation when my husband was unavailable to discuss. We are hopeful that Zach will renegotiate the amount refunded. We do highly recommend Refloor!
