Ryan did an AMAZING job with our flooring. We just moved into our house this past June and immediately knew our floor needed to be less bright and more modern. Our cousins recommended this company and we couldn’t be happier! He was able to get our floors to the desired stain within 2 days and had Ron replace our Tile/Brick Entryway to match the rest. My son purchased a home with floors that were in pretty bad shape. Trying to get the house ready for my son’s move in date has been a challenge since we both live out of state. I met With Ryan when I was in town and hired him to sand and stain the floors at that time. Because of his great reviews we trusted him to do the job without our being there for any of the process. He regularly checked in by phone with updates and pictures. He also helped me to decide on a stain color as well. Wow! The results are amazing. The floors are gorgeous and the experience of working with Ryan was a pleasure.
My floors were in rough shape, original to my 1950s house, that I purchased as bank owned property. Also, I had salvaged 1950s pine floors laid in my kitchen and hallway—they were once a gymnasium stage, layers of gummed up poly on them, but the same floors I had I. The rest of the home. I had low expectations, but Ryan thought he could get a great result!! He completed the job in the exact time frame we agreed upon, was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. The job was completed February of 2025, and the floors are beyond any expectation I had. They are spectacular!!! Pictures do not do them justice (before, during, final result). Every room matches, the stain is seamless on my original, salvaged floors. Every day, I look at them, cannot believe how beautifully they turned out. Highly recommend Ryan, would not call anybody else if I had this type of job to do again.
