Recent reviews highlight helpful sales reps and installers who communicate well and keep projects on schedule. Many customers mention smooth whole-home LVP and carpet installs and praise design input during consultations. A smaller number note issues with incidental trim or cabinet scuffs during installation, though most feedback emphasizes overall satisfaction with the finished floors.

We had a great experience with our 1000+ sq ft hardwood floor install! Mike Hickman was our sales agent and was very knowledgeable and attentive. It was only about a month from when he first came to measure and discuss, until the team was here installing our new floor. We're really happy to have gotten rid of that old carpet, and very happy we went with Choice Floors!

Huge shout-out to Donna’s Flooring for the amazing job they did on our carpets!

They were always on time, respectful, and worked incredibly hard. They didn’t bat an eye at anything that needed to be moved and handled everything with such professionalism and care.

The end result is fantastic — we truly could not be happier with the outcome. If you’re looking for flooring done right by people who take pride in their work, we highly recommend them ???

We recently used Choice Floors to install LVP on the entire main level as well as carpeting on all other floors / stairs. Our sales rep, Donny Reichardt, was awesome throughout the process. We are especially grateful for his professionalism and patience. We are very satisfied with the process and love our new floors. We definitely recommend Choice Floors (AND Donny) for your flooring needs.

Floors look great, kitchen cabinets and baseboards not so much . . .

We hired Choice Floors to put down new hardwood floor in our living room and restain our existing floors to match. While I’m really happy with how the floors turned out, I was disappointed to see damage to our kitchen cabinets and baseboards by the installers. See specifics and photos below.

The Bad:
- The installers didn’t remove all of our baseboards when they were working. As a result, they hit the bottom of our kitchen cabinets and our baseboards with their sander. Our kitchen cabinets look like they went through a pencil sharpener and our baseboards are all scuffed up.
- When we brought these issues to Choice Floors’ attention, they did offer to come out and fix it, but the result was sloppy. They put extra wood on the bottom of the cabinets to cover the sander mishap but they didn’t stain them to match fully. It seemed like the crew wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. Choice Floors offered for them to come back again, but we felt it was time for us to handle on our own given the quality. We are now spending more time and money to fix these.

The pros:
- Lisa, the sales associate who worked with us, was absolutely incredible. She helped us pick a stain that fit our style and made multiple trips out to our home to help us make design decisions. She offered tremendous support when we were not happy with the outcome of our cabinets and baseboards.
- The floors themselves turned out stunning!! They found the perfect stain to match our vision and they did an outstanding job making our floors even and consistent. We love them!
- They did offer a $150 discount on our labor fee given the damage to our property.

We had the carpeting in the stairs and upstairs of our house replaced with LVP and are so happy we were able to work with Lisa and David from Choice Floors. From start to finish the experience was great. Lisa called and came out to the house several times to consult with us and had some amazing design suggestions, most notably her suggestion to have white risers to add contrast. The results are stunning! She was also very responsive and flexible when we had some changes. Beyond that she's just a very nice person and a delight to work with. For installation, David and his crew were top-notch. Their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident during the 3 day install. Thanks, Lisa and David! Hope to work with you again for future flooring projects!
