So thankful we chose IQ Floors to replace our great room carpet! Top notch service all around from Reagan, the owner, to Bob, the installer and team. Reagan scheduled a consultation that worked for our schedule promptly after contacting him, and had great recommendations for us. He even exceeded expectations by mailing us carpet samples overnight to choose from. Installation was so much easier than I imagined and took a much shorter time that I would have thought. They moved furniture and replaced it as well, which was incredibly helpful!After working with a lot of contractors, I don't think we have ever worked with a team that provided such high quality work in an impressive short window of time. IQ flooring is the absolute best. We’ve had them install carpet in 2 homes now. Both times they were quick, professional and clean. The process was absolutely seamless both times. We’ve actually recommended them to multiple friends. When IQ floors found out about our referrals, they offered us a gift card or option to donate to a local organization of our choice. We chose for them to donate to the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region and Krista actually offered to personally double the donation. A great business with amazing people running it is a 10/10. We would highly recommend IQ floors!
I would highly recommend IQ Floors! The team is very thorough and professional from the estimate through choosing carpet and installation! We had 1200 sq ft of carpet replaced. Bob and is crew were very quick in removing cleaning and laying the new pad and carpet. It was a two day process, the treated our home like it was theirs. Left everything very clean, all trash was hauled away! Would definitely use them again!
