They were the most wonderful and helpful staff. I had a weird request and they cut the big pieces for me and rolled them so they'd fit in my car. I called them multiple times asking for advice, and everyone was so sweet and patient with me. I strongly recommend these guys for whatever carpet things you need. Five stars!

What a great experience working with The Floor Trader! It was my first DIY home remodel, and I didn't have a clue what I was getting myself into. I laid the bathroom floor myself, after about 1 million questions to The Floor Trader, who answered every single one with the patience of a saint. I decided on carpet for the rest of the upstairs due to the great price and superior quality offered by The Floor Trader. The best part of getting carpet? It meant my remodel was nearing the end! The installation team was professional and efficient, and returned a second time to make sure everything was perfect. I love the feel of the upgraded carpet pad under my feet. A few weeks after the install, I received a lovely thank you card from James. Such a nice touch of class and integrity, which most businesses don't take the time to do in today's world. I am extremely happy with the finished product and would absolutely recommend The Floor Trader!
