I worked with Joel to help me set up the appointment and select my picks for flooring. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! As a first time homeowner, I appreciate him walking through my options and making sure I knew what would be best for my situation. Bonus points for him trying to help me with my clogged laundry chute!The installers came right on time at the earliest time of the ETA and worked the whole day to get the job done. They did every area I requested and even did the harder areas (the floating stairs) with great care. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the results.I’m very happy with how it came out!
Our AFS experience was fantastic! Flooring Specialist, Gabriel knowledge, experience and no pressure approach helped us select the best flooring for our specific needs. He educated and guided us on the type of carpeting and wide range of colors selection, based on the budget we had set up to spend. We were able to arrange the installation date the following week.
