The owner is the only one at the store that has access to any information on what carpet they carry, prices etc. So after taking samples home there were 2 Sat the owner was not there. The 2nd Sat the other employee was there, took down all our ordering information, spoke with owner kver the phone for pricing and was told installers would call to come out and measure. After no call for 4 days, spoke with owner who had not been updated on any of our ordering information. Why have an employees who has no acess to anything work for you? Not happy at all with service.
We just moved to the area and needed to arrange for carpet and floors to be installed throughout the house within a very short window of time before the furniture arrived. Jim Park was able to accommodate us very nicely, and he is a wonderful communicator, keeping us in the loop constantly. We ended up loving our new Finzzi LV plank floors so much that we decided to add to the job while it was in progress and did the entire kitchen too. It looks beautiful and has a lovely wood grain texture (see picture!). The carpet, Dreamwever 55 oz., is the nicest, softest carpet we have ever had. All the installers were very professional and did a phenomenal job. The pricing was fair and upfront, and we have no complaints. Wonderful service and products. A++!

This is my second job with Jim. I choose a carpet that he had in stock and they installed within four days. The carpet price was excellent (less than I budgeted for) and the quality is what i had expected.Installers know what they are doing and went over the job with me and asked the right question. Enjoyed the experience!
I just installed carpet for my two properties last month from Jim. The price is the best when compared with another two companies. Additionally, their time is flexible, about one week lead time. Their team did a great job on this and really fast. About 3-4 hours in total. Highly recommend!!
