Victor at Trinity Floor has done wood floors and carpet in our last 2 houses. He always does a great job for a reasonable price. He is so good to work with, he has done flooring for several family members.
We were able to find for our newly remodeled kitchen a very close match to the eleven-year-old engineered hardwood flooring we had used in the remainder of the house. Our sales person, James, worked hard to help us find just the right match. The installer, William, was amazing and provided us with a very fast and high quality installation. We would definitely recommend the folks at Trinity Floor Company.
We had to have our hardwood floors completely redone this year after water damage, and Trinity Flooring (especially Victor!) made the whole process so much easier than we expected. Victor was incredibly attentive, helpful, and communicative from start to finish — he checked in regularly, answered all our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly.The new floors look absolutely beautiful, but what really stood out was the level of care and professionalism throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Trinity Flooring (and Victor!) to anyone looking for quality work and great service.
Just a thought…be sure to know exactly what you are getting. In 2022 we built a custom home and they did the floors. Since my husband and I were closing in on retirement age, I wanted low maintenance everything. The guy at the showroom told me the one I picked was definitely a good choice. WRONG! It should have never been in a kitchen. Within 2 years I contacted my builder and asked if manufactured hardwood should last longer than 2 years, and he assured me it should. This one was showing wear and peeling up already! I contacted them and there was a salesman that tried to resolve the issue by replacing some damaged boards. But it just kept happening, so he told me the only way it would solve the issue was to put a protective clear sealant on the floor. WELL? Why didn’t you do that in the 1st place, because now we would have to hire a moving company, at our expense we were told, so the sealer could be applied all at once, so it would dry evenly.We went back and forth for a year and finally decided to just put in a new floor with someone else. And what a nice beautiful floor we have, and such a great job they did. Thank you Empire flooring! I’m am very pleased with my new floor. And to the salesman that tried to help at Trinity, thanks. It wasn’t your fault the floors were terrible.
