Their sales floor is incredibly avoidant and snooty, nor do they return voicemails. Finally had to call every extension down their robot line just to talk to someone, Evan answered and was a snob about it, replied "Oh yeah I can tell you've called just about everyone in the whole office!" Like yeah dude, I'm just trying to order some tile here, so apparently I have to in order to find someone to answer my question? Eventually in a roundabout way he told me to go find somewhere else to order. Thanks for my wasted time Floor Club!***Since the owner left an obnoxious reply to this review saying "We only work with repeat purchasers of materials" I'd just like to ask, how do I become a repeat purchaser if you won't let me order something in the first place?? Also, I wasn't a first time customer, I had an account already! Jessica told me my account had been "Archived" and that she could still help me, but then decided later she couldn't? Why do you guys keep changing the story? Well I sure am glad I found someone else to help me with my tile order, because this place surely wasn't going to do it.
This is our 3rd project working with Jessica and it has gone smoothly. She listens to our ideas and requests, offers many options and helps pull everything together for a fabulous look. She is considerate of our ideas and budget and has been wonderful to work with. We have two more projects to complete and we will definitely come back to The Floor Club and work with her!
This is my third experience working with this establishment. My designer brought me in to look at samples and I was very happy with their extensive selection. I've worked both with Diane and Jessica - they have a great eye and really listen to what you're looking for. They have also worked hard to find options during pandemic delays and helped us to keep our project moving. I'm impressed with the customer service here.
As a relatively new designer in Denver, my experience at The Floor Club has been wonderful. Evan is very patient & helpful with all my questions and the whole staff is quick to respond and are extremely knowledgeable about their products. In addition, the show room is beautiful and a place I am happy to bring clients. All the recommended subcontractors have been professional & great to work with. I highly recommend The Floor Club!
The best customer service and experience around! As a designer, having The Floor Club is like having more employees at my firm. They treat my clients with great respect and offer fantastic options and education on their products. I have had the pleasure to work with Evan on several projects and he has gone above and beyond with each interaction. I have also worked with Jessica and Robert, both providing great experiences with their helpfulness and pleasant attitudes. After running around town on multiple projects to different showrooms, I am glad to finally use The Floor Club as a one stop shop thereby saving me time and hassle.
