We are incredibly grateful that we were directed to Bryan Flooring for our carpet and Luxury Vinyl Plank needs. Wow! There is nothing like a family owned, “real” carpet and flooring store!!!! Such a personable and helpful experience with them- so different than the big box stores. Troy Bryan knows his products and was great to answer all of my questions about different carpets and LVP. It felt like he truly cared and wanted to help. We had a flood this summer which destroyed our finished basement, including our only bedroom. The flood threw us into unexpected and unplanned remodel mode in every aspect of rebuilding our finished basement. Troy Bryan was such a pleasure to work with and a fantastic guide, helping me navigate the world of flooring! Though I had been familiar with the carpet industry from growing up in a carpet business family, the products have changed so much over the years. I really appreciated how he listened to and answered my queries and concerns as I tried to educate myself about various floorings available these days. Flooring is a big purchase and I wanted to make the best choices to fit our specific needs! I truly appreciated how Troy listened to me, asked me some clarifying questions and then directed me to products that would specifically fit our purpose for use, beauty and endurance. He shared more in depth information about the products and why they would be more suitable for what I wanted to do. I learned a lot!! And without Troy’s input, I would have made some mistakes in my choices for our plans. We started the flooring journey thinking we would just focus on basement flooring needs to recover the basement from the flood. I had never considered changing flooring on the main floor of our ranch home. But as we went along, my husband and I decided to expand our flooring purchase to include the main floor. I am so happy that we did!! We are absolutely thrilled with the new carpet and vinyl plank we had installed!!! Tim, the carpet installer did such an awesome job on the carpeting and WOW- such beautiful work on the stairs! A work of art to be sure!! I can honestly say that our experience with Bryan Flooring certainly bears that out! I can add some photos of some of the rooms, but bear in mind we are still in remodel mode- we are awaiting furniture to replace what we lost in the flood, I am still wall papering and finishing walls, but the flooring is fantastic!! We are absolutely DELIGHTED with our new floors and the experiences we had with Bryan Flooring. You can’t go wrong in working with them!

The Bryan Flooring team was amazing from start to finish. They were the only company who included putting our house back together after the project (appliance, trim, toilet, and paint). Marc was very helpful making a plan and making sure we were confident in the project, the process, and the floor selection. The team who did the install were communicative, on time, tiddy, detailed oriented, and finished ahead of schedule. As far as construction projects, this went as smooth as possible. We will be using Bryan Flooring for any projects in the future.
